You’ll notice what it doesn’t say: that the victim must be sober, or conscious, or a woman, or in a dark alley, or dressed modestly, or a virgin, or that the perpetrator must be male, or a stranger, or violent…

Legitimate rape is anything that fits the above description, arguably more but certainly not less. Just thought we could use a reminder.
